Important Policy Notes

• Deposit—We require a 50% deposit 2 weeks prior to your group's reservation date.
• Final Payment—Your final payment is due on arrival.
• Cancellation Policy—We require cancellation notice 24 hours prior to scheduled reservation to ensure full reimbursement of your deposit. Failure to appear when scheduled or cancel 24 hours prior to reservation may cause forfeit of your deposit.
• Complimentary Meals—To say thank you for choosing Sadie's Sideboard, we invite each bus group's escort and driver to enjoy complimentary meals from our buffet.
